Child/Adult Licensed or Licensed-eligible Psychologist
Master's Level Clinicians

Allied Behavioral Healthcare is a growing clinician-owned private group practice in Norwood, MA, known for its supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused environment. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (or license-eligible postdoc) to join our expanding team. This role offers competitive compensation, full benefits, flexible scheduling, hybrid work options, weekly supervision, and a strong, diverse referral stream supported by a robust waitlist.

We pride ourselves on a team-centered culture with a strong commitment to professional development. Clinicians receive guaranteed weekly supervision, monthly clinical intervention and risk-management trainings, and regular opportunities for consultation and skill-building.

Our position is ideal for clinicians interested in opportunities beyond direct therapy. Qualified candidates may participate in program development, peer mentorship, and the supervision of pre-licensed providers. As our practice grows, we support clinicians who wish to explore leadership, supervision, and training roles.

We prioritize work–life balance, autonomy, and high-quality care. Our flexible scheduling, competitive compensation structure, and reasonable productivity expectations reflect our belief that clinicians thrive when they feel supported both personally and professionally.
