Now Hiring!
Child/Adult Licensed or Licensed-eligible Psychologist
Master's Level Clinician

                                                                                                We are growing!

Allied Behavioral Healthcare is a group psychology practice in Norwood, Massachusetts; offering in-office and telehealth psychological services for adults, children and adolescents.  ABH evolved out of the thriving solo practice of Dr. Keena Allen and was established to meet the needs of the community by onboarding expert clinicians in mental health treatment across the lifespan.

With a steady referral stream and waitlist, the practice is seeking a Doctoral or Master’s level licensed or license-eligible candidate with skills and interest in adult, child and/or adolescent mental health treatment and experience with individual, couples and/or family therapy.

We are uniquely positioned in our hiring process! Our onboarded provider(s) will have a direct influence on the evolution of practice culture and norms.  The right candidate will have opportunities for future leadership and supervision if interested.  We seek candidates who are inspired (and inspiring!), professional and fun and those who hold similar values in providing gold standard care without sacrificing work-life balance. Flexible productivity hours and competitive, compensation package through a fee for service model.  The practice prioritizes goodness-of-fit to ensure that our providers can tailor their caseload to their clinical interests and competencies.

Our goal is to create a collaborative and collegial environment where providers are compensated for the valuable work they do. Providers can prioritize work life balance and personal needs, but ideally want to join with their like-minded colleagues for consultation, connection and support.  We aim to create an environment where our clinicians want to continue work in the practice and evolve over time.
