Allied Behavioral Healthcare (ABH) is a growing, clinician-owned private group practice seeking a licensed or license-eligible mental health counselor to join our supportive, collaborative team. Child and adolescent experience is especially welcome.

At ABH, professional development is part of the work. Clinicians are paid for time spent participating in weekly individual supervision and receive monthly clinical intervention and risk-management trainings, biweekly peer consultation, and ongoing clinical collaboration. License-eligible counselors receive supervision and support as they progress toward independent licensure.

Our compensation structure supports growth beyond direct therapy through compensated opportunities in practice leadership, clinical supervision, program development, peer mentorship, and other practice development areas. Opportunities reflect each clinician’s interests, experience, qualifications, and practice needs. Supervisory roles require applicable licensure and supervisory qualifications.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and/or family psychotherapy in the office and/or via telehealth
Complete timely assessments, progress notes, discharge summaries, and treatment plans
Participate in weekly paid supervision, clinical trainings, and peer consultation
Collaborate with colleagues to support coordinated, high-quality care
Maintain an active Massachusetts LMHC license in good standing or continue progressing toward independent licensure
Uphold ethical, legal, clinical, and professional standards
Contribute to leadership, supervision, or practice development activities as appropriate to the clinician’s role and qualifications
Meet a full-time productivity target of approximately 25 billable sessions per week; part-time expectations are negotiable based on candidate fit and practice needs
