Notice to Clients and Prospective Clients: Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers must give clients who do not have insurance or who do not plan to use their insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for the total expected cost of psychological services within one business day of your service. Ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
We will provide a Good Faith Estimate before your first appointment and if you ever receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute it. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Fees
If you are using your insurance, the cost per session is based on preestablished rates set by your insurance company. Rates vary widely based on your specific plan and can change dependent on your benefits and fluctuations in market reimbursement rates. At Allied Behavioral Healthcare, our fees are consistent with expected and reasonable rates for services rendered in Massachusetts by providers under their specific license, degree and/or competence. If you have any questions about your insurance or the cost of psychological services, please contact us and we will talk with you about what to expect when using (or not using) your insurance.
When you become a client at Allied Behavioral Healthcare, you will have access to our HIPAA compliant patient portal, Simple Practice, to complete all client paperwork. Through the portal, you can message your provider, access invoices and telehealth services, pay bills online and track coming appointments.
